God’s presence – you could just feel it...
Before I went to Brazil I would pray for people for healing in their body for whatever looked wrong and I got frustrated when nothing would happen. I got to the point where I didn’t even bother praying anymore because I didn’t think anything would happen anyway. I went to Brazil and found out that God does heal! I also discovered that I was praying wrong. Before I prayed that God would heal whoever of whatever the disease or illness was. Now I ask God first, "What would You like me to pray?" Then I just waited to see what God had to say and prayed that. Seeing the results was amazing. I prayed for one lady who had hearing aides who said she didn’t need them anymore, I prayed for new hearts for people that just broke down (sometimes praying in English without them even knowing what I was even praying), two people I prayed for gave their hearts to the Lord for the first time. God boosted my faith majorly and used me and our whole team mightily and uniquely for each person. God’s presence – you could just feel it was so strong there, and hearing God was so much easier there. God honors that we take time out of our schedule for His good purposes and rewards us for it. I’m looking forward to going back in the near future.

I've experienced God's love before... But I've never experienced it like I did in Brazil.
I was asked by a friend what was the one thing that impacted me most while in Brazil. My answer was "the people". They were not judgmental, they received us for who we are. I truly felt if I could speak the language it was home for me. I've experienced God's love before we went to Brazil, but I've never experienced it like I did in Brazil. When I prayed for the people (Men, women, and children) I felt such an outpouring of love I never knew was there, I never knew I had so much love in me. I felt such a freedom and peace when I prayed for people, I finally experienced the love of JESUS CHRIST and that love drew people to me. I believe with all my heart that every person I prayed for was healed. I'll never be the same.

Listening to His voice always led to miracles.
During the trip we were instructed to pray as God would lead us. We would therefore ask God to tell us how to pray. Listening to His voice or His silence always led to miracles.
After one of the services, a lady that I had prayed for twice before, came to me and asked if I would pray for her son, daughter and herself. Again I asked God what to do. He told me to pray for the entire family. I turned around and saw a man standing behind the circle that we had formed. I asked the lady, through the interpreter, if that was her husband. She said yes. God showed me to ask the man to join us and he did. One more time, very clearly, God spoke to me and said tell them to knell down and pray with them. The little girl was three years old and as we knelt down, I placed her on a bench right there and she was the same height as all of us. As we prayed and I don't remember what was spoken, the little girl broke down and began to weep softly. Before we were finished the entire family was in tears. The restoration of their relationships had begun. What God did after that I don't know.
We saw many healings of the spirit, the soul and the body. Many were brought to Jesus, but much more needs to be done. Time is short. God will tell you what to do. Just ask Him.

...We thanked God for the healing he had performed in their lives.
While in Florestopolis I saw a woman I had met in Londrina the first night. She came up to me and gave me a big hug. We smiled and laughed at each other knowing we couldn't have a conversation because of the language barrier, but soon we were joined by an interpreter. The woman expressed how God was turning all the bad into good in her life. She recognized she was becoming a better mother to her children than she had been two years before. She was married and had two children, but her husband left them for another woman he had children to. This crushed her. Then later she got involved with another man who claimed to be sterile. Yet she got pregnant and he left. She'd felt the shame of her family. She hurt so much. As she spoke, tears came to her eyes and also to the interpreter's eyes. Then the interpreter shared she had gone through the same thing. I felt led by God to ask both women to give their pain to Jesus and ask him to help them forgive the men. I invited more team members to join us in prayer. The women broke down in tears and forgave the men. Both women helped each other as we prayed together and thanked God for the healing he had performed in their lives.
